We have an ideal, well lit open space (2,000 sq ft/188 m2) available on the first floor of Standedge Visitor Centre.

The Thomas Bourne Room, is an ideal choice for hosting conferences, meetings and parties. This rural waterside location in this extensively refurbished Grade II listed 19th Century warehouse also features a Visitor Centre with displays on the ground floor.

Tables/chairs available and on site refreshments can be arranged as well as contacts for local catering if required. Lifts to all floors and separate ladies/gents toilets. Outside picnic/event area to the side of the building.

1/2 Day Hire (9:00am - 12:30pm & 1:00pm - 4:30pm) – £75
Full Day Hire (9:00am - 4:30pm) – £150
Evening rate – £195
